Order Processing
- In-store pickup: ready the same day with a 1-hour processing window.
- Rates and services: Calculated at checkout based on distance and service (Canada Post for domestic shipping; Uber for local delivery).
Free In-Store Pickup
- Always free.
- You’ll receive a pickup notification when your order is ready (typically within 1 hour).
Local Delivery (Uber)
- Same-day delivery on eligible addresses.
- Place your order by 1:00 PM (local time) to receive it the same day.
- Delivery window and live ETA are provided by Uber after dispatch.
Free Shipping (Canada Post)
- Quebec: Free shipping on orders $250 CAD+.
- Rest of Canada (except Alberta): Free shipping on orders $500 CAD+.
- Carrier: Canada Post (domestic).
Alberta & Brand Restrictions
Akzentz shipping is currently unavailable to Alberta. Please contact us directly to order other brands if you are located in Alberta.
Product Restrictions
- 4L bottles: available for local delivery & in-store pickup only (not eligible for shipping).
Rates & Calculations
- Final rates are determined by distance, package size/weight, and selected service.
- Services used:
- Canada Post (domestic shipping)
- Uber (local delivery)
- Free-shipping thresholds (above) apply automatically at checkout when eligible.
